“Have bought, did buy, will buy again...”

“I love Quiet PC:

Back-in-the-day (2005-2006) when I built my first serious WinXP ‘pooter, Quiet PC was THE place to get those truly UNexciting things like fans / quality interconnects / hard drive silencers / etc....you know, those bits that are vital - but that don’t necessarily make the same impact as a new monitor/CPU/mobo etc.

Later, as third-party parts e.g. Asus mobo-fan on the Northbridge Chipset failed, and Quiet PC again came-up with the goods (2007). In that instance, a small and discrete passive thermal heatsink together with a nice small but quiet & efficient fan to cool said heatsink more than did the job.

Moving on, and laptops became commonplace, but boy...! Didn’t we push the technology! Once again Quiet PC to the rescue, with a range of lappy coolers that weren’t the cheapest on the net, but were certainly the most efficient - and Quiet!! I still use my Zalman ZM-NC1000 (2010).

Latest purchase (2014), another lappy cooler - perhaps unnecessary as the Samsung Win7 lappy is actually capable of cooling itself, even under duress...! But belt-&-braces, and I bought a Zalman ZM-NC2500 Plus.

It lifts the lappy to a decent height AND Angle...and is SO UNBELIEVABLY QUIET that I struggled to hear the fans when I first fired it up!

And delivered on-time, together with a PERSONAL follow-up email from Quiet PC asking if all was OK...

No recommendation is necessary if you’ve shopped with Quiet PC before, because you’ll already be a fan (groan...! :-)). But if you haven’t shopped with Quiet PC before, you’re in for a treat....do it!

And no - I don’t work for Quiet PC or get any discount as a result of this post.

HTH?

Gelert.”
